QuickBooks Online (QBO)

A subscription and cloud-based accounting system with specialized discounts available
There are multiple levels of subscriptions available, including:
- QBO Self Employed (for those with Schedule C income and expenses to track) – a new addition to QBO, so in the beginning stages so far
- QBO Simple Start
- QBO Essentials
- QBO Plus (most popular)
Payroll can be integrated separately and at different levels

Subscription-based desktop software with an optional cloud-based subscription through Right Networks
Good alignment for manufacturing-heavy accounting with intensive inventory systems (includes bar code scanning, serial & lot tracking, job costing, Electronic Data Exchange or EDI, and more)
Payroll subscriptions are available separately and integrated into the system
